HVAC Preventive Maintenance

Chelini’s goal is to provide complete preventive maintenance for your systems and to ensure smooth, seamless, and efficient function. It is the recommendation of utilities and manufacturers to have regular preventive maintenance in order to qualify for warranty benefits. A.B. Chelini’s Preventive Maintenance Program can protect your heating and air conditioning system as well as your generator and includes two tune-ups per year for your HVAC systems and either one or two times per year for your 20 point generator tune up.

In addition to informing the customer of equipment condition, and making recommendations on necessary repairs or replacement if needed, when a trained service technician comes to your home to perform the maintenance check, they will do several things:

  • Check refrigerant levels and inspect for leaks
  • Test electronic components and system controls
  • Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow
  • Evaluate airflow
